Dr. Ahreej Eltayeb is a Senior Epidemiologist and Evidence-Based Medicine leader with over 15 years of experience spanning global pharmaceutical, academic, military research, and public health sectors. She specializes in integrated evidence generation strategy, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), clinical trials, and large-scale electronic health record (EHR) analytics.

She is currently a Doctoral Researcher in Evidence-Based Health Care at the University of Oxford, where her work focuses on leveraging large-scale health datasets to evaluate infectious disease burden using advanced epidemiological and clinical informatics methods. Dr. Eltayeb has held senior leadership roles across leading global organizations, including Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals, where she directed integrated evidence strategies, global clinical trial portfolios, and real-world evidence (RWE) programs supporting regulatory, medical, and commercial decision-making. She has also led multinational partnerships and cross-functional scientific teams across medical affairs, epidemiology, and market access functions.

Her expertise includes designing and executing evidence-to-decision frameworks, leading global stakeholder and KOL engagement strategies, and translating complex population health data into actionable insights that inform product development, benefit-risk evaluation, and health policy.

Dr. Eltayeb holds a Master of Science in Public Health and Microbiology from The George Washington University, a Certificate in Health Economics from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Howard University.

At Africa Precision Health, she leads global evidence strategy and pharmaceutical partnerships, advancing data-driven, precision health solutions across Africa, Latin America, and global emerging markets.
