Dr. Liza Ekole is a globally recognized healthcare strategist, philanthropist, and precision medicine leader with over 20 years of experience advancing clinical innovation, leadership, and healthcare transformation across the United States and internationally.

She holds dual doctorates - a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a PhD in Leadership and Public Health – -bringing a powerful combination of clinical expertise, systems thinking, and executive leadership shaped through senior roles, including Fortune 100 healthcare strategy and physician engagement.

She has served in senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 healthcare organizations, including as Director of Pharmacy, Senior Clinical Consultant, and Academic Detailer supporting physician engagement, clinical education, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

As Co-Founder of the Africa Precision Health Forum and CRQ Precision Health Global, she is driving a bold mission to position Africa at the forefront of precision medicine - championing predictive, preventive, and personalized healthcare solutions grounded in science, culture, and equity.

She is also the creator of the Collaborative Relational Intelligence® (CRQ) and Double Rhodium Rule® frameworks, widely adopted across healthcare systems, universities, and global organizations to strengthen trust, improve collaboration, and reduce interpersonal conflict.

A respected international speaker, Dr. Ekole has shared her thought leadership on global stages including the Harvard Global Health Catalyst Summit, contributing to high-level discussions on innovation, equity, and the future of healthcare.

Her impact has earned multiple global honors and recognitions, including the AID IMPACT Award, recognition among the “Most Important People of African Descent in Healthcare” by the United Nations, designation as a “Game Changer in Pharmacy” by ONU Magazine, recognition as one of the Top 20 most influential Cameroonians in the diaspora, recognition as a Cameroon Hero in the diaspora by the Ambassador of Cameroon to the United States (twice), and acknowledgment by the Africa Development Board for Excellence in Community Outreach.

A committed philanthropist, she also co-founded humanitarian initiatives focused on expanding access to care and opportunity across African communities. She lives in Texas, USA, with her husband and three children. Driven by faith, purpose, and service, Dr. Ekole is committed to building collaborative healthcare systems that are innovative, equitable, and transformational—ensuring Africa is not only included in the future of precision medicine, but helps lead it.
